We are located just across the state line on the Nevada side. The exact area is called Lower Kingsbury. We are about one mile from the major casinos; 1 1/2 miles to Nevada Beach, Marriott Village Shopping and fine dinning; and less than five minutes to any of the ski lifts at Heavenly.
